Simple and fair

Exchange within 7 daysSealed, unused bottles in original packaging can be exchanged for any other product.

Damaged or wrong itemSend a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free of cost.

RefundsWhere an exchange is not possible, refunds are made to your bank or wallet within 7 working days.

PickupWe arrange the courier pickup for damaged or wrong items.

We will reply within one working day.
