Sealed, unused bottles in their original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and send a replacement at no cost.
When an exchange or replacement is not possible, we refund to your bank account or mobile wallet within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
Opened or used bottles, discovery sets and items bought on clearance cannot be exchanged unless they arrived damaged.
