Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in major cities and 4 to 6 days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay by card or mobile wallet at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders above Rs 3,000. Below that, a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Use the Track your order page with your order number and email, or message us on WhatsApp and we will share the courier tracking link.
Our perfumes
How long do your perfumes last?
Most of our perfumes are extrait strength and last 8 to 12 hours on skin, and longer on clothes. Attars last even longer because they are oil based.
Are the bottles original and sealed?
Every bottle is filled and sealed by Iscentz and reaches you in its original packaging.
What is the difference between perfume and attar?
Perfume is alcohol based and projects more in the air. Attar is an alcohol-free oil that sits closer to the skin and lasts longer.
Can I try a scent before buying a full bottle?
Yes. The discovery set includes six of our best sellers in 10ml vials, so you can find your favourite first.
Exchange & returns
Can I exchange a perfume?
Sealed, unused bottles can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Start from the Exchange and returns page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

How do Iscentz Rewards work?
